It was a pleasure and honor to Lecture & have a Book signing in various Brooklyn synagogues. Book signing too place at Bnei Yosef, Shaare Zion, Ahaba Ve Ahava, and Har Halebanon. It was great to see many of my great friends and as well make new friends who attended my lecture at Bnai Yosef. I had the distinguished pleasure meeting with Rabbi Harold Sutton & Rabbi Shimon Alouf and discussed many relevant topics one of which was on educating the masses about Sephardic Judaism, and how in the next decade or so it is crucial to preserve Sephardic Jewry’s heritage in various facets. I also meet with Rabbi Shaul Kassin and discussed with him briefly a new book that I will be g-d willing working which is on his father; Hacham Yaakob Kassin A”H. I ended my book signing tour by being invited to Rabbi Haim Benoliel’s home and ate lunch with my past Rosh Yeshiva (Mikdash Melech Jerusalem) at his home and presented him and all Rabbis that I previously mentioned with my most recent book Maran, The Life & Scholarship of Hacham Ovadia Yosef. While I was in Ahaba Ve Hava for Shachrit I picked up the New Qol Ha’Qahal newsletter sponsored by Sephardic Community Alliance. The articles were written exceptionally well and I would advise anyone to go and pick one up at the SCA Member Organizations.
